Registration & Check-in
All participants are required to complete identity verification and check in at the registration desk before entering the conference.
Identification Verification
All participants must present a valid photo ID at the registration desk for identity verification.
Acceptable forms of photo ID include:
- Passport
- Driver’s license
- Student ID with a photo
- Government-issued photo ID
Please note that we may not be able to issue a pass if identity verification cannot be completed.

Important Notice on Congestion
Heavy congestion is expected at the registration desk on the mornings of January 26 and 27 due to the large number of participants.
To avoid long waiting times, we strongly encourage all participants to check in as early as possible.
Session Access & Check-in
Access to session rooms will be controlled by scanning your pass at the entrance of each session room.
Please ensure that you wear your pass at all times during the event, as it is required for session access.

Lunch boxes will be provided exclusively for Workshop and Tutorial participants on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that quantities are limited.
Tuesday, January 27 – Thursday, January 29

A buffet lunch will be provided.
Lunch Speaker Sessions (Tuesday–Thursday)
Lunch Speaker Sessions are sponsored sessions with lunch boxes provided.
Participants with an Exhibition Pass are also welcome to attend.

The banquet venue is located right next to the conference venue (connected by a walkway).
Eligibility
The banquet is open to participants holding a Conference Pass or Student Pass.
Exhibitor Pass holders are also eligible if their pass was issued as part of a sponsor package, in which case “Banquet” will be printed on the pass.
Participants who have purchased a Banquet Pass are also eligible to attend.

Recording & Photography Policy
Photography and video recording are permitted during the following sessions and areas:
- Opening Session
- Closing Session
- Keynote Speeches
- Exhibition areas (including the Exhibitor Forum)
All other photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited.

AI Translation Service at the Main Hall
AI-assisted real-time translation powered by Wordly will be available for sessions held in the Main Hall.
- Japanese subtitles will be displayed on the front screen in the Main Hall.
- Wordly also provides translation in many languages other than Japanese.
Participants who wish to view translations in languages other than Japanese are requested to scan the QR code displayed on the front screen and select their preferred language on their own smartphones. - Wordly also offers audio translation.
Participants who wish to listen to audio translation are requested to bring their own smartphones and earphones, scan the QR code on the front screen, and select audio translation.
