REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!
All attendees of SCA/HPCAsia 2026, including sponsors, must complete the registration process.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email from sca_hpcasia_2026@evt-reg.com containing your login ID and password. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please request a re-send by emailing sca_hpcasia_2026@c-linkage.co.jp.
Notes:
- Sponsors will receive their complementary pass codes (promo codes) from the Sponsorship Secretariat. Please use these codes when completing your registration.
- At least one author of each conference paper, workshop paper, or poster extended abstract must register for the conference.

Cancellation Policy
- Registration cancellations must be submitted to the Secretariat of SCA/HPCAsia 2026 in writing by 12:00 p.m. (noon) JST, Thursday, December 25, 2025, to receive a refund, less a JPY 5,000 processing fee.
- All requests must include a brief description for cancelling and be sent via email.
- Cancellation requests submitted after the cancellation deadline (12:00 p.m. (noon) JST, Thursday, December 25, 2025) are not eligible for refund or credit, regardless of when registration was made.

Reduced Registration Fees for Participants from Low-Income Countries
We are pleased to announce that it has been decided to offer a 50% reduction in the registration fee for participants from eligible low-income countries, subject to approval by the Registration Chairs.
This support applies to participants from countries classified by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) under the following categories:
- Low-Income – Least Developed Countries, and
- Least Developed Countries or Low-Income Countries
based on JICA's Potential Loan Recipient Countries Classified by Income Categories (FY 2025).

Applicants must submit documentation demonstrating that they hold the nationality of, or currently reside in, one of the eligible countries, such as a passport or other official identification.

VISA APPLICATION
To obtain visa support documents, please follow the steps below:
- You must be registered for the conference and download your receipt.

You must download the documents below and fill in the required
information.
Visa Application Form to Enter Japan - Once you have both your receipt and the required documents ready, please send them to the Secretariat of SCA/HPCAsia2026 (sca_hpcasia_2026@c-linkage.co.jp) via e-mail by early November.

Notes:
- Visa support documents are not issued immediately. All requests are reviewed by the official guarantor. Once approved, the documents are sent by the Secretariat of SCA/HPCAsia 2026 via e-mail. If there are any errors in the information you provided, processing may take several weeks.
- The documents will be issued in Japanese. Once you receive the documents, please submit them along with your visa application and other required materials to the nearest Japanese Embassy or Consulate General.
- The Secretariat of SCA/HPCAsia 2026 will not submit visa applications on your behalf and cannot influence embassy decisions.
- If you are uncertain about your visa requirements, please consult your nearest Japanese Embassy or Consulate General, or visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.
