This page describes the procedure for submitting camera-ready manuscripts.
Notes:
The submission of camera-ready manuscripts consists of the following steps.
Please complete all steps by December 15, 2025 AOE, otherwise your paper will not be available at the time of the conference.
Authors whose manuscripts are accepted for publication will receive an email from rightsreview@acm.org regarding the copyright transfer (check your spam settings if you do not receive it). Please indicate on the e-rights form which copyright form you would like to select. You must pay the APC fee at this step. Please note that the APC fee is a separate charge from the conference registration fee. This means authors of accepted papers must pay both the APC fee and the conference registration fee.
If you do not complete this step, you will not receive an e-mail with the DOI or the TAPS link, and you will not be able to proceed to step 2 and beyond. Please complete this step first.
After completing their e-Rights form, authors will be emailed the complete rights text and bibliographic strip that must be added to their paper. Please add them to your camera-ready manuscript.
Authors who have successfully completed their e-Rights forms will be instructed to upload their source files directly to The ACM Production System (TAPS). When submitting to TAPS, please follow the instructions provided in the Word or LaTeX templates. For example, the LaTeX template states: “When submitting camera-ready or to TAPS, please change the command to \documentclass[sigconf]{acmart} or whichever template is required for your publication.”
Once again, we remind you that all of these steps must be completed by December 15, 2025 AOE. In other words, please make sure that your manuscript has been approved by TAPS (step #6 on this page) by the deadline.
Here are two tips for completing this step by the deadline:
Tip 1 is because such cases have been observed frequently in the past. It's not something we can do anything about, and papers that don't pay the fees naturally won't be published.
Regarding Tip 2: The ACM system is generally unstable, so working right up to the deadline will almost certainly result in failure to submit on time. Papers that miss the deadline will not be published in the ACM Digital Library on the conference day. To avoid this, please submit your camera-ready manuscript promptly once it is ready.
You'll likely run into trouble when submitting camera-ready manuscripts to TAPS. In that case, please contact confsupport@aptaracorp.com . For all other inquiries, please refer to https://www.sca-hpcasia2026.jp/contact.html.
