• Nakanoshima station (Keihan Nakanoshima line): right next to Exit 2
• Fukushima station (JR/Hanshin line): 10 minutes walk
• Awaza station (Osaka Metro): 15 minutes walk

Shuttle Bus

Free shuttle buses run between Osaka Station and the Rihga Royal Hotel, which is next to the conference venue. Please note that seating is limited. You can find the shuttle schedule here.

Participants are kindly requested to make their own accommodation arrangements. Please refer to the list of hotels near the venue below. However, please note that there are many other lodging options available throughout Osaka City, so we also encourage you to check major accommodation booking websites when making your reservation.

Child Care Service

We regret that on-site child care will not be available at the conference venue.

For your convenience, nearby facilities are available — some located right next to the venue and others within about a 10‑minute walk, making them easily accessible. We warmly encourage participants to contact these facilities directly to make arrangements.

As spaces at each facility may be limited, we recommend making reservations as early as possible to ensure availability.
