SCA/HPCAsia 2026 welcomes the submission of workshop proposals. Through technical presentations, invited talks, and/or panels, we hope these workshops will provide an excellent opportunity to foster wide-ranging and in-depth discussions among attendees.
SCA/HPCAsia 2026 will provide one room for each accepted workshop. The available time slots are:
A projector and screen will be provided in each workshop room.
All presenters, including those in workshops, are required to attend and present in person. However, organizers may opt to hold workshops in a hybrid format that allows for remote viewing. Please note that SCA/HPCAsia 2026 will not provide the equipment or online meeting tools needed for hybrid formats—organizers must make their own arrangements.
SCA/HPCAsia 2026 is planning to provide a publication method. In past SCA and HPCAsia conferences, workshop papers were published in ACM-affiliated proceedings. However, each workshop organizer was responsible for ensuring a proper peer review process. Details will be provided to organizers after notification. SCA/HPCAsia will also offer access to a paper review management system (Linklings) if needed.
Each accepted workshop organizer is responsible for the successful execution of their workshop, including the following:
SCA/HPCAsia 2026 attendees can participate in workshops at no additional cost. As such, there will be no "Workshop Only" registration option, and there will be no financial support (e.g., registration fee waivers or travel expense coverage) for workshop organizers.
Please submit your proposal as a PDF file via Linklings (https://ssl.linklings.net/conferences/HPCAsia/.)
Workshop proposals will be peer-reviewed by the committee listed below. The selection process will be fair and uniform, evaluating both prior performance (if applicable) and proposal quality. All workshops will undergo the same competitive, single-anonymous peer-review process.
