Please note that SCA/HPCAsia 2026 will not provide the equipment or online meeting tools needed for hybrid formats—organizers must make their own arrangements.
SCA/HPCAsia 2026 is planning to provide a publication method. In past SCA and HPCAsia conferences, workshop papers were published in ACM-affiliated proceedings. However, each workshop organizer was responsible for ensuring a proper peer review process. Details will be provided to organizers after notification. SCA/HPCAsia will also offer access to a paper review management system (Linklings) if needed.
Organizer Responsibilities
Each accepted workshop organizer is responsible for the successful execution of their workshop, including the following:
- Attend and operate the workshop in person.
- Create a workshop website that displays the location, time, and program.
- If selecting papers:
- Distribute a Call for Papers to appropriate mailing lists.
- Manage the full peer-review process.
- Prepare the publication materials.
- Follow the paper selection timeline:
- Close paper submissions after October 20, 2025.
- Send author notifications by November 26, 2025.

SCA/HPCAsia 2026 attendees can participate in workshops at no additional cost. As such, there will be no "Workshop Only" registration option, and there will be no financial support (e.g., registration fee waivers or travel expense coverage) for workshop organizers.
