Call for Posters Submission
We are excited to invite poster submissions and encourage you to
submit both abstracts and full posters by the specified deadline.
There will be two submission rounds, with the second round closing
once all available slots are filled. Please be aware that the
review process will follow a double-blind guidance.
The poster presentations will take place fully in-person. All
accepted poster authors are required to attend and present their
work during the poster session.
We are also planning Student Poster Awards, open to first authors
who are students enrolled in BS, MS, or Ph.D. programs.
We are accepting posters containing already published research —
you declare this and provide your motivation and the value for the
community in presenting published research in a poster format.
Posters containing already published research will not be eligible
for the Best Poster Award.

Poster Presentation Format
The poster presentation is fully in-person. All accepted poster
authors must attend on-site and present at the poster session.
The posters of accepted submissions will be uploaded to the
conference website. However, they will NOT be included in the
conference proceedings.
A poster blitz session is planned, in which each poster
presenter will be given an opportunity to make a brief oral
presentation for introducing their poster.
The Student Poster Awards are planned. First authors of poster
who are students enrolled in BS, MS, or Ph.D. programs are
eligible. The poster award committee will comprehensively
evaluate the submitted poster, poster blitz, and discussion
during the poster session.
Poster Submission
Submit Your Poster
Authors are invited to submit one-page extended abstracts
(including references) of their posters. We welcome any posters
that contain interesting topics you want to discuss in
SCA/HPCAsia 2026. Submissions should be made through the Online
Submission System and select the “Poster” track.
Extended abstracts should be formatted using the double-column
ACM template for conference proceedings.
-
LaTeX users: Use the acmart class file with the
"sigconf, nonacm" options. Omit the abstract, CCS concepts and
keywords sections in the original template.
-
Word users: Use the "Interim Template". Omit the abstract, CCS
concepts and keywords sections in the original template.
It is recommended to include the following areas in the
abstract:
-
Background/Objectives: A brief introduction to the
topic, outlining the problem or research question the poster
addresses.
-
Methods: A succinct description of the methodology or
approach used in the research
-
Results: Key findings or results of the study,
